First effort on a visual sound editor/sampler

What's going on here: Director 8.0 has some spiffffffy new functionality for manipulating audio; the NZ-Editor uses loop, start and end times to create a very simplistic visual editor and sequencer for audio. With the new functionality, working with audio can be more dynamic with real-time sound manipulation rather than gesturing that way. Its still rudimentary and there are degradation issues, but... finally, we get to play around with PAN, RATE SHIFTS, QUEUES, LOOPING, and I throw a little DSP in there with some bad lingo occassionaly ;-).
